CITY ON A HILL PROGRESS

Thank you for your continued generosity.  The total given to City on a Hill as of 8/10/08 was $511,451!  We are making steady progress toward our commitment of $2.33 million.  This is wonderful!  I thank God for you and your faithfulness!

Continue to pray for the sale of our Kerth Road property and for all aspects of this transition.  MORE DETAILS TO COME!

NEW CAMPUS RENOVATIONS

Renovation at our new campus at 5001 Little Rock Road is continuing with great progress.  The current work projects are:

• Roofing over the sanctuary and lobby areas - completed

• Painting for administrative offices - completed

• Children's ministry updates - ongoing

• Landscaping - ongoing

• Sanctuary and lobby updates - ongoing

In addition, we have accepted bids for new windows, the new sound system, and major repair and sealing of our parking lots.  Final drawings from the architect for the updated Youth and Powerhouse areas have been completed and are going through the permit process.  Thank you to all our partners who have sacrificed their Saturdays and Tuesday/Thursday evenings to complete an amazing amount of work!  You are making a huge difference and greatly reducing the cost of this transition!
